Contact your DME supply company that sends your monthly tube feeding supplies to request a FreeArm Muscle and ask for it to be billed to your insurance. Also, ask your dietitian to contact your DME with a letter of medical necessity and physicians written order asking that they provide you with a FreeArm Muscle. The more requests and demand, the more DMES see the importance to start providing the FreeArm Muscle to ALL of their customers! Thanks for advocating!
