How to Use the FreeArm!

Check it out! Learn about sweet Freeman, the inspiration behind the FreeArm, all the ways to use the FreeArm as well as how to set it up!

Contact your supply company (DME) that sends your monthly tube feeding supplies to request a FreeArm Muscle and ask for it to be billed to your insurance. Many DMES are beginning to supply the FreeArm Muscle to their patients at no charge.

Your DME will need to work with your physician, nurse practitioner, or dietitian to obtain a letter of medical necessity (LMN) showing why the FreeArm Muscle is medically necessary. Please let your DME know that we have a template on our website along with HCPCS and MSRP information.

The more requests and demand from patients and parents, the more DMES see the importance to start providing the FreeArm Muscle to ALL of their customers. Thanks for advocating!
