She received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition at Long Island University in Brookville, NY and her Master’s in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

Driven by helping others and making a positive impact, she strives to connect people to the absolute best products and services to help improve their quality of life.
