After losing their daughter Casey at only 10 years old, Marty and Tim Barnes began Casey’s Circle. Casey’s Circle provides tools, education, resources and opportunities to help improve quality of life for medically complex children, their families and their providers, while also strengthening their circle of care. Does Numotion supply your at-home mobility aids? Call your Numotion ATP and give them this link to order a FreeArm Muscle through Medline. Numotion can then see if a FreeArm is billable to your insurance!

Contact your supply company (DME) that sends your monthly tube feeding supplies to request a FreeArm Muscle and ask for it to be billed to your insurance.

Your DME will need to work with your physician, nurse practitioner, or dietitian to obtain a letter of medical necessity (LMN) showing why the FreeArm Muscle is medically necessary. Please let your DME know that we have a template on our website along with HCPCS and MSRP information.

The more requests and demand from patients and parents, the more DMES see the importance to start providing the FreeArm Muscle to ALL of their customers. Thanks for advocating!
