Part-Time Fulfillment Manager Job Description

Staley House, creator of the FreeArm, is looking for a Part-Time Fulfillment Manager to quality check, package and ship the FreeArm worldwide to hospitals and at-home customers.

The FreeArm holds gravity syringe tube feeds, pump tube feeds and infusions at the hospital, home and on-the-go. The FreeArm was created by parents Misti and Will Staley when they needed a helping hand tube feeding their son Freeman. Sadly, Freeman passed away in 2016 at 10 months old. The FreeArm continues Freeman’s legacy of love.

Job Duties

•Receive and quality check all products.

•Keep distribution room organized and clean.

•Put stickers on product boxes.

•Use Shipstation.com to ship daily orders.

•Box, weigh and measure large orders for shipping.

•Count inventory monthly, etc.

Job Qualifications

•Must have understanding of computer and email skills.

•Must be comfortable learning online shipping and database programs.

•Must use computer printer.

•Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

•Quality control requires repetitive and strong hand movements.

*Self starter. Must be able to work on your own.

•Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license. USPS shipments must be dropped off at post office.

•Must be willing to have a background check. Office is in a shared office space with adults and kids coming and going.

•Experienced data-basing and inventory management is a plus.

Hours

•Flexible hours- Work 1-2 hours per day Monday-Friday.

•An average of 10 hours per week currently; however, company is growing quickly and could transition to 30+ hours per week soon.

•Additional hours when large inventory orders arrive.

Pay

•$13 per hour with possible pay raise to $14 per hour after 30 day review and possible pay raise to $15 per hour after 60 day review.
